How I help

There's an opportunity you can see but can't yet prove. A new product line, an adjacent market, a bet the board wants more confidence in before it commits.The way through isn't a longer business case, it's something real enough to test. I read the behaviour that points to the opening, prototype it until you know, and build it on foundations that won't need tearing up at V2.

The question isn't what to build, it's what to believe.
